I get it completely. 

It’s difficult to splurge on yourself. 

But that’s precisely why you should.

Doing a boudoir photoshoot is like a love letter to yourself.

It’s taking time for yourself.

A boudoir session allows you to see yourself differently, in a new and beautiful light. 

You can begin to see yourself in a more loving way, and reconnect with that beautiful strength that sometimes lies dormant as we busily hurry through life. 

Boudoir as a form of therapeutic self-expression:

I have so many clients that come in for a boudoir session as they are navigating through major life changes and transitions, and the entire experience can be magically therapeutic. 

Women moving through different stages of life find a sort of release and transformation during the boudoir session and through seeing their gorgeous portraits. 

From the huge life changes of starting or ending a marriage, celebrating a big birthday, or transitioning to a different season of life, like embarking on the journey of motherhood or being a new empty nester, change is sometimes a struggle to adjust to. 

Being able to express yourself fully is monumentally therapeutic and empowering.
