5 Tips to Prepare for your Boudoir Session
Just about everyone’s first question for me has to do for boudoir prep.
Guess what? You are not alone if you have no idea where to start!
So here we go!
5 Tips to help you prepare for a boudoir session:
Drink lots of water!
Ok, you should drink plenty of water everyday, but especially the week leading up to your photoshoot.
It’ll help make your skin glow and reduce bloating.
Eat (at least a little) something!
Even if it’s just a protein or granola bar, you’ll feel a little better with a little boost of energy the morning of your photoshoot.
Trust me, you don’t want to feel lightheaded, so eat at least a teensy something beforehand so you can enjoy your session!
Arrive with a clean face and clean/dry hair
if you’re having makeup and hair done at the studio, make sure your face is clean (moisturizer is ok) and clean/dry hair. Otherwise, plan to arrive with makeup and hair ready to do!
Bring more than what you think you might use
It’s always better to bring more outfits than you think you might need.
I’d rather you bring it and maybe we don’t use it all, than wish you had brought something later.
Try not to worry too much - RELAX!
I’ve got you! We’ll have all the details planned out ahead of time, you’ll have help in figuring out what to bring, and I’ll guide you through all posing.
You don’t have to think about or worry about anything the day of your photoshoot. And if you do have questions, send them my way!
I promise you it’s gonna be laid back and you’ll see that there’s nothing to worry about at all.
If you do still have any questions at all, I want to hear them!
For real, no holding back. I’m an open book!
